Austin County (Bellville, Sealy, Wallis, San Felipe) is west of Fort Bend. It is not the City of Austin in Travis County. Mortgage trustee sales are the first Tuesday.
Where Austin County mortgage sales are called
Notices commonly name the foyer of the Austin County Courthouse, One East Main Street, Bellville, TX 77418, or the area designated by Commissioners Court under Property Code §51.002.

The calendar
First Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. If that Tuesday is January 1 or July 4, the sale is the first Wednesday. Twenty-one-day notice still applies.
What to do today
- Copy date, time, and “1 E. Main, Bellville” (or whatever the notice says).
- Call the trustee and loss mitigation.
