Matagorda County (Bay City, Palacios, Matagorda, Sargent, Markham, Van Vleck) holds mortgage trustee sales on the first Tuesday.
Where Matagorda mortgage sales are called
Notices typically send you to the area designated by Commissioners Court at the Matagorda County Courthouse, 1700 7th Street, Bay City, TX 77414. Copy the exact wording off your notice — some papers only say “the designated place.”

First Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. If that Tuesday is January 1 or July 4, the sale is the first Wednesday.
What to do today
- Copy date, time, and “1700 7th Street” (or whatever the notice says).
