Montgomery County (Conroe, The Woodlands, Spring’s Montgomery side, Magnolia, Willis, New Caney, Porter) holds mortgage trustee sales on the first Tuesday.
Where Montgomery mortgage sales are called
On June 14, 2022, Commissioners Court designated the steps of the Old 1936 Courthouse, 301 N. Main Street, Conroe, TX 77301. County pages still describe first-Tuesday auctions there beginning about 10 a.m. Notices are posted inside the west doors of that building; the clerk also keeps a file at 210 W. Davis Street.
Courtesy digital copies: Montgomery County Clerk — foreclosures. Those copies are not permanent records and are often removed after the sale date. The clerk does not give legal advice.

Tax sales are often online
Montgomery County constables moved many tax sales and resales to RealAuction. Execution sales may still be in person. The bank’s deed-of-trust sale is usually still on the courthouse steps. See tax sale vs. mortgage foreclosure.
The calendar
